Base Material : Screws & Barrel’s are made from nitroalloy steel 34CrAINi7, 38CrMoAIA , 41CrAIMo7 , Stainless Steel (304, 316 , 416 ,17- 4ph) , Tool Steel & CPM Tool Steel.

Hardening & Heat Treatment : Toughening , Tempering , Gas/Ion Nitriding & Additional Bimetallic Coatings can be incorporated. We also do special surface treatment like hard nickel plating, chrome plating & PVD Coatings , HVOF Thermal Spray & PTA weld overlay , vaccum through hardened screws.

Mixing Sections : the more common of which , include Maddock ( Spiral or Straight ) , Hoechst, dulmage , pinned , pineapple or combinations of these designs are available. Our Capacity ranges from 25mm up to 200mm depending on L/D ratio.

  • Nitrided Hardness : HV850-1000.
  • Nitrided Case Depth : 0.45-0.7mm.
  •  Nitrided Brittleness : Less Than Grade 2.
  • Surface Roughness : Ra 0.4 / Screw Straightness : 0.015mm.
  • Surface Chromium-Plating’s Hardness After Nitriding: ≥ 900HV.
  • Chromium-Plating Depth : 0.025-0.10mm .
  • Alloy Hardness : HRC56-65 / Alloy Depth : 0.8 – 2.0mm.
